Sligo Rapper records track with D12’s Bizarre

2012 has been quite a year for Irish Hip-Hop. From the success of Maverick Sabre to the Nucentz collaboration with Lupe Fiasco, this has been one of the most commercially successful years for the genre, not to mention the continuing flow of top quality videos being released regularly by the scene’s top names.

Against that background, it is always refreshing to see an artist emerge from left field, and that is exactly what has happened with Sligo rapper Ahren B, who has recently recorded a track with D12’s Bizarre. The track, which has been penned for release in April, is an aspiration ode to the struggles and dreams of an upcoming rapper, and has a positive summer vibe to it.

With one of the most prominent members of Eminem‘s crew on the second verse, all the signs point towards a successful run for Ahren with local media. Rap Ireland will have the exclusive first listen to the track, entitled Limitless, when the final mastering is complete.
