Chris Brown Sued for Another Alleged Assault, Claims to be Bloods Member

Chris Brown is allegedly being sued for assaulting a man during a basketball game.

The 24-year old has recently faced a felony charge and narrowly avoided a prison sentence for last year’s assault. A man is now suing Brown for allegedly beating him up in July during a basketball game.

The man, Michael Ausbon, claims that the singer threatened physical violence and claimed to be a member of the Bloods street gang once Ausbon called a foul. According to the lawsuit, Brown and three members of his security threatened Ausbon and began to “strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp Ausbon’s head and body” when he tried to escape. After the alleged assault, Ausbon was taken to the ER sustaining several injuries including his head, ribs and legs.

The singer, no stranger to assault charges, is still on probation from his 2009 attack on pop singer Rihanna before the Grammy Awards. He is currently under a 90-day court-ordered treatment in rehab for anger management issues.
