Wiz Khalifa Sued over “Black and Yellow” song

All is not well in the Khalifa camp this week. It was revealed yesterday evening that Wiz Khalifa is to be sued by Max Gregory Warren for the triple platinum selling track “Black and Yellow”. This was the song that shot Wiz to international fame last year, though Warren is contending that the track was based on the concept behind his copyrighted 2007 track “Pink and Yellow”.

Max Warren, who performs by the name “Maxamillion”, has launched proceedings against a bevy of named defendants, including Wiz Khalifa, Stargate (production team), EMI Music and WMG (Warner Music Group). The lawsuit is in the region of $2,375,000 and is expected to commence in the coming months.
