Over the past few months, Amber Rose has been the focus of much unwanted attention. In September, the star allegedly sent a tweet calling out ex boyfriend Kanye West on his questionable bedroom game. This saucy saga barely overshadowed the naked photos of the model that were leaked online two months earlier.
After all the activity surrounding Amber, fans of her superstar boyfriend Wiz Khalifa will be anxious to hear what he has to say about the X-rated exploits of his other half. According to MTV’s Rapfix, in a recent interview with Sister2Sister, the popular Pittsburgh rapper opened up about his girlfriend and her risque past, which included work as a stripper: “I could see if that was what she was doing while I’m with her or something like that and it was in a disrespectful way, but it’s nothing like that. It’s not even like the pictures, or her past is a raunchy past.”
Wiz praised his partner on her determination to succeed in life, through the only way she knew how: “She did what she had to do. There’s plenty of powerful women who overcame that, and that’s what she really is, an example of what work and faith in God, you know what I’m saying, can get you into a positive situation. You can make a positive out of a negative.”
The “Black and Yellow” singer went on to state that the picture that has been painted of Rose is not an accurate reflection of the woman he knows: “The biggest misconception about Amber is that she wants attention.” Wiz continued: “Everybody thinks that she does stuff for attention and that she loves attention, but she’s really, really reserved and shy. She just gets attention ’cause she’s dope.” Despite Wiz’s best efforts, after her past escapades were exposed over the Summer, the hip-hop jury may still be out on Rose and her reserved side.
