On May 17th she submitted documents in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’. The R&B singer is asking for joint legal and sole physical custody of their two children, Joshua, 13, and Ryder, 4. Evans claims that the couple were officially separated in 2005.
