Nas attempts to help Kidnapped Concert Promoter

In a bizarre story out of Angola, Nas has stepped in to calm a dispute that led a concert promoter who booked Nas to be kidnapped at gunpoint following the rapper’s no-show.

Concert Promoter Patrick Allocco had originally booked Nas to perform at a New Years Eve show in Angola, a concert in which local businessman Henrique Miguel fronted $315,000 for the rapper to perform. However, when Nas failed to make the trip for the concert, Miguel had Allocco and his son, both U.S citizens, abducted at gunpoint. While the U.S Embassy have negotiated the release of Allocco, at the time of writing he has been refused the right to leave the country.

Spokepeople for Nas, who is still in possession of the $315,000 cheque, which he claims he will return, have stated that the rapper is looking to step in and calm the situation before it escalates further.
