Never one to shy away from stating his opinions, one of Ireland’s top rappers Rob Kelly laid them flat on the table last night, as he went through a list of Irish rappers who he respects and those who “suck”. Speaking on RTE’s Speakerboxx, where he was joining Mo-K, Rob went in on a number of Irish rappers, including G.I and MissElayneous, who Kelly claims “can’t make a song to save her life”.
It wasn’t all negative however. Kelly heaped praise on a number of Irish artists who he feels “get busy”, though he didn’t hold back when put on the spot by Mo-K. We have embedded the show below. Skip to 1hr28mins to hear the discussion in full.
